Happy Birthday Patrick

Today is a BIG day for my husband. We are celebrating tonight with his work friends and colleagues. They have planned a party for him. I ask Patrick what he wants every year for his birthday and he always says "peace on earth" (I just roll my eyes) only because he says he has everything he that he needs. Well this year he said he is getting the best birthday present very soon (seeing his son)! Later in the summer I will have a party for him.

We have a busy weekend planned. Tomorrow we have to go to CIS immigration office to get our finger prints re-done. That will be one less thing we have to do when we get back from our trip. We also had our fingerprints re-done for the FBI updates. I have some last minute shopping to do as well.


Our friends Jill & Nick leave for Russia (Yekaterinburg) tomorrow for 3 weeks, they will be bringing home Nicholas after waiting close to 5 months. Thursday Jill and I got together for lunch with Melissa for the first time and we got to meet Melissa's son Colby. He has been home for 3 months and is doing great. He came home from Yekaterinburg. What a cutie! We all meet through our agency. Hopefully all three of our little guys will meet soon and become pals.


5 days and counting! We are getting so anxious!
