Russian History!

Metro Madness!
We have four days left in our apartment. Today we went to the History of Moscow Museum. It was 2 1/2 hour self guided tour. Only a fraction of one million items are on display. There were two floors of exhibits. Starting from the Stone Age to the 19th century. It was really interesting. Then we went to dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe on Arbat Street. We had a good meal. Of course we had to stop at Starbucks on the way back for coffee and dessert. The weather today was pretty warm. I actually felt very warm today at times.

I'm having so much fun reading what you are doing and what you are seeing. I'm wishing "a little" that we had more time in Moscow to "visit"!!! Oh... and the Hard Rock is DEFINITELY one place we will be checking out while there ... it's the only request we got from someone who has been helping us with paperwork .. "a pin from the Hard Rock"!!!

Enjoy ... almost time to get Sean!!

I'm loving reading your blog. It has only been a few weeks since we were where you are now, and yet it feels like it was a long time ago already. We loved going to the Hard Rock, too. The only difference is that we had our little guy with us (it was the first visit to a restaurant for him.) Once you pick up your son, it will all fly by, so enjoy the time with your husband now! Your pictures are great. I really enjoyed seeing them and reading about what you are doing in Russia. I think you did the right thing by staying there. You got to see the sights and meet the people. It won't be long now!
