My garden this year has been a bust… so far! The damp and cloudy weather has left my vegetables very small. I am finally getting some cucumbers to grow. My tomato plants have been stricken with apparently the same disease that has affected a lot of the local farm markets. I also had a few critters hit my vegetables to which they enjoyed a nice salad! Oh well there is always next year on the veggies. On the positive, my flowers were happy with all the rain! I was able bring back some corn and tomatoes from New Jersey when I was down home visiting. Nothing can beat those Jersey tomatoes!
We bought a great little net book computer which we plan on taking to Russia, it weighs only 2 lbs. Cute little thing, works great! We can also skype from it to! I am very slow on it, but getting the hang of it. We have finally gone wireless. Nice be able to use the computer where ever you want.
Patrick put in a new heating system down stairs in our finished basement. So we will be nice and warm this winter down stairs. We cleaned out our basement and started organizing the garage. I hope to get my perennial garden completed this fall.
My sister came up for the weekend; we had a lot of fun going shopping! I think we hit every store possible. She bought a few cute things for Sean! She has been keeping busy knitting a blanket for Sean. That night we had a great time cooking a seafood dinner feast together! I look forward to our next visit together.

Sounds like you are staying busy!! Wow 2 lbs I might have to look into one of those net books for my next trip to Russia. Where did you get one??
It seems like you are just as busy as we are. I saw those Net Books but i wanted one to play DVDs and play other games on so we bought a regular laptop.
I can't wait for Sean to come. Any news yet?
