Visits & surprise gifts

This past Tuesday I went to visit my friend Melissa, and her son Colby who is 27 months old and has been home from Ekat for 5 months now. They live pretty close to us. We all went to lunch together. Colby was great and ate most of his food. When we got back to Melissa's house, we played for a while until it was time for Colby to take his nap. I showed Melissa the photos of Sean and our first trip. We had very nice time catching up. Patrick and I are also going to visit our friends Jill, Nick and little Nicholas tonight. I am looking forward to meeting their little one and hearing all about their trip. They just got home on the 4th of July from Ekat too! It is great having to families so close to us.

My Jersey girl friends sent me this when we got home from our trip - a cute duck vase with beautiful flowers in it and the adorable pig in the blanket for Sean. It is so soft. It was a nice surprise!
