March updates

Here are the monthly updates Feb/Mar. Three children came home in January and Three in February. On average the wait for in between 1st and 2nd trip is 3-7 months. The wait for referral is approximately 5-9 months. Two families received referrals of a child in January. Three families received referrals of children in February. After March 30, 2009 USCIS announced new general procedure for everyone on the last leg of the trip. So this mean a longer stay for families in Moscow...
