I am invading Sharon's blog world for a moment while she looks for dark chocolate! I need to point out Sharon's dedication and devotion to this adoption is staggering. She is very ready to be a mother of our little boy but the toll of waiting and being delayed is casting some clouds on my "Sharon Sunshine." Please take a moment and give her a word of encouragement! You hang in there... it is so tough all this waiting, redoing paperwork... wondering ...."what if".... I had my days when I just wanted to STOP and give up... I'm sure I'll have more before we bring the boys home and as ironic as it seems ... just when we are ready to quit .. the phone rings from WHFC and it's good news!!!
I hope you hear something soon ... I can't say that enough .... it will happen .... stay strong!!!

There is no doubt about it that waiting just stinks. With that being said, your time is coming, know that. It will come when you are meant to be matched with a perfect little baby boy, the boy meant to be your son! Please find solice with that thought!

Patrick, from the very first picture I saw of you and then the very first time Sharon, Jerry and I saw you we knew. I even think Sharon knew too. We love you both and this is going to happen. Sharon is as close to a daughter as I will ever have sometimes even closer. Your a great son in law and a great husband to her. don't either one of you give up.
