Wide Horizons has given us permission to apply to a second region of Russia! This will give us an additional region to qualify as adoptive parents. The flip on this is more paperwork.....I spent the day getting more required paper work together for our preliminary packet for Voronezh region. Once I gather the few needed documents & get them notarized and aposilled it will be submitted to our new destination.
